Students choose which area they needed help most. They could do either practice on measuring (found in TEAMS under the general channel, not posted as an assignment). There are three documents for measuring, each with video instructions, online practice, and paper practice. One document each for ruler, graduated cylinder, and triple beam balance.
The other option was to go back and play more of the Gizmos Graphing (accessible through Clever, Mrs. Vu’s class). Practice bar graph, line graph, and then reverse the process and practice transferring data from a graph into a data table. Students can try to teach themselves how to do the Gizmos from home, but it’s not very intuitive on how the program works.
We finished the day playing two Gimkits. One on measuring, and one on graphing. The links can be found on TEAMS (general channel, not posted as an assignment).
